Contractor to do work in exchange for rent. Sounds like another dead beat loser
situation. Don’t fall into that trap. Screen your renters well. Do credit
check, proof of employment etc. If that area doesn’t attract non loser tenants
then sell the house.

the roof is on. If you can get it properly dried out and it's still
solid it's probably OK.
I understand the temptation to have the contractor fix the place

view the house to lease when we were showing it but had to cancel due to a
family deal. We got him over together to work up quotes for the
