Don't think so. If I remember right they were being sold as for later model 123's. Just took the old ones out and these were the same size everywhere. The only difference is the two bolt on CV joints. When the time comes to replace the boots or joints that will make it a lot easier. Don't know

OK found them. I think they were ToughOneNew CV Axle Shaft Assembly Part No NCV48998 from Advance $69 each That was about 2 1/2 years ago. I did have to take one back because the differential end shaft was too big. Maybe someone grabbed the wrong one when they assembled them or they

There is an ABS sensor plug with an o-ring, you may need to renew that o-ring. The bolts for the half axles (and the half-moon washers) are one-time-use, but you'll probably be safe if you clean the bolts with a wire brush and use lock-tite. Other than that, just dirty, heavy work. Watch out

Drive axles bolt the flanges on the W124, no need to do anything but unscrew six bolts per side. Don't loose the washer "clips" that go under two bolts. It's heavy, don't drop it. Rear mounts in the subframe are tapered, will NOT pull through, have to go forward to come out, backwards to
