Yup - I've had to replace regulators on two of my Mercedes - they are the
only two I've owned that had manual windows! The electric windows just need
switches cleaned/replaced every once in awhile.

grandkids.
I would love to get that w113, but a sprinter is more reasonable for
the boss. Then again, she may want a CDI, so I would be in the w124.

Murder in traffic? Naw, you just have to plan ahead (like a day or two)
before merging in traffic. Yes they are terribly slow but what do you
want for 62 horsepower?

A bit slow off the line, especially if the air conditioner is going,
but fine after that. Cruises quite comfortably at 85 mph.

240D's in traffic are a bit of challenge-but you learn how to drive
differently-remember such rules as:
* gravity is your friend
*Life is too short to go fast
*Look and think ahead
*Use your turn signal and don 't look back when you change lanes

Well, here is some GOOD news out of Washington, D.C.:
WASHINGTON, DC—President Bush unveiled an aggressive initiative Monday
that would make the U.S. free of petroleum dependence by the year

Our mission is clear, Bush said in a speech delivered at Fort
