That reminds me. The 2.3-16 has an analog cell phone in it that the handset was
unplugged from the base. I plugged it in once so there wouldn't be a

I didn't follow the thread, but did anyone mention the alternator? A
burned out diode can do that. Fix is a replacement alt.

As I said earlier, a common cause for running the battery flat, as it
will soon start to draw an amop or so.
