Huh. I just picked that property at random. I saw it had no HOA or zoning
restrictions, so I figured I'd post it as an example. Not sure what building
codes would be on a pole building. I figure you could put up a pole building
and build an air conditioned and heated shop in the building. Maybe
Plant City doesn’t have the flies. Mosquitos at certain times of the year,
maybe.
It does make me wonder, though, if the HOA stuff that’s so pervasive around
here is a reaction to the seemingly random and often disparate types of
dwellings that adjoin each other in the unincorporated parts of
Sounds like Alaska. Asphalt plant just a block away from $750k homes that back

abode, has always been cheap. Go south of me into the really rural parts of the
County and it’s much more expensive, as that’s where the development is going.
Plant City is the poster child for uncontrolled

After the economy shakes out from the government reaction to the beer virus,
you may be able to take the proceeds from the next two or three BaT flips and
purchase an acre or two a few miles away, put up a pole barn, and Bob's your
uncle.
Best of both

to become single, which would also have impacted my ability to purchase said

I’ll figure it out from there. I’ll have to cede some space to him for whatever
he wants it for in exchange for the land. He’s such a tightwad I’ll be
surprised if he ever does it, though.

Too far gone for me, buddy. I don’t do bodywork. That’s where the $$$s really
pile up fast. Buy a car that’s cosmetically solid and needs mechanical or
electrical work.
Until my youngest son makes up his mind to settle down here and buy some land,
no bodywork. If he ever settles down as he
