The easiest way is to remove the black plastic cover on the fender and
disconnect the plug that connects the glow plug wiring harness to the
relay.
The resistance should be .6 ohms

Good to know. Anyone measuring that should bear in mind that cheap
multimeter test leads often add 2 or 3 ohms all on their own. Low
resistance values are very hard to measure. (This is why the most
accurate way to test glow plugs is with
excellent, will check and report back.
