J series water cooled unit, 17.5 RDJC. Sort of the 240D of the Onan product line at the time, with the air cooled diesel (DJC) being the pinnacle and the water cooled variant (RDJC) being close behind. Yes, it’s worth messing with but would likely not be adequate to run your whole house. -D
