centre but does not g o all the way - could this be a steering box

Could be somebody over-tightened the steering box. Might
not hurt to loosen it a bit and see what happens.

yes, it is electronic, I checked the fuse, it is fine. The rest of the
instruments work fine, just the speedo/odo.

causing 2 issues - an uneven spray pattern at idle and/or fuel system
pressure leak down after shut-off. You will feel the first at idle and the
