I see an italian 2prong kitchen appliance (espresso grinder) that seems nice - maybe 1/3hp. Aside from a converter plug in device, can this device be wired differently by me and fitted with US plug for use on 120v? Euro is 220v, 50hz while US is 120v, 60hz - doesn't sound drastically different?
