Did you change ALL the fuses? ABS light probably is bad wires to the front sensors or maybe junk contaminating the tone wheels. Each front wheel and the single sensor for the rear axle generate an A.C. signal you can test with a good multimeter. Tachometer and ABS related? OVP Relay? -- Max

It depends too on whether he was an actual licensed electrician, who would have done the job properly whether or not there was a discussion about permits and doing it more cheaply. If the guy was not an electrician, and the job was done without a permit then there was still some reasonable
