I tied a bunch of knots in a heavy piece of rope so they made a big bundle, put the bundle of knots under the ramp, laid the rest of the rope out so when I drove up on the ramps the rope would be under the tires of the car. Once the tire hit the front of the ramp the rope can't come through.

Done. Got everything back together without a great deal of effort. Tensioned the new belt before tightening the 19mm bolt. Made a fan pulley holding tool from a “J” hook and a pencil. Temporary, but now I have a template for a tool I can make at a later date. Still got a little squeal on
