Go to google, type in any 3 numbers following by the words "new cases",
see the results. They try a different 3 numbers and see the results.
Do this as many times as you want and see what the results are each time.

Yes, soapy water would also work. I need to test the valves on this car, make
sure that is not an issue that was maker masked while I had the gauge set
attached.

Some are. I have replacement valve cores for my former W140s. I had bought a
couple low side cores as a precaution when I found one leaking. They might have
stopped doing it on later models. Either that or the whole fitting can be
serviced as a part, I’ve got a couple of those, too.

True, but in the case of my car search of late what I don’t understand is how
many dealers I see selling on it as opposed to private sellers.
It’s weird, the ratio for the cars I’ve searched on is about 10 to 1 in favor
of dealers. And a bunch of the listings that appear to be private sellers

I would think so. That was on my Ford Ranger. I don't think the valve cores are
replaceable on Mercedes.

The instructions for the Pioneer units mention doing that to make it easier to
fish the lines through as well as to assure proper drainage for the condensate

But my church started using Facebook to livestream Sunday services during COVID
so I needed an account. Facebook refused to create my account until I used my

This is just a marketplace ad, not in a group. I’m going to be listing a car

Those lines are soft copper, you can put an easy bend in them once they are
through the wall. It actually helps to drill your outside hole lower than the
inside hole a bit, maybe an inch or so, so you can start the bend as you feed
the connector through the wall.

Sounds like when I list something in the local Marketplace and it flags the ad
for something “bad” in one of the two groups I post in. I’ve yet to figure what
it is that keeps it from one group and not the other. You appeal or ask for a
review it it never seems to happen.
Good luck.

Hondas are not on the radar, as I’ve seen and know of too many 2000-2010 models

The Ford 3.5 Ecoboost V6 has good reviews for the most part. If oil
changes have not been done on schedule watch for timing chain wear

I do too, but the more information you have, the better choices you can make.

have major issues (e.g. GM 3.4 intake gasket failures, Honda

first gens better than second gens?

Which platform, 2008 Escape or 2009+ Escape?
My neighbors just gave away their 2008 LTD (leather) for rust issues,
I don’t have an issue with an auction car if I had access to the auction. I
don’t, nor do I know anyone who does, unfortunately.
Surprisingly, the few private sellers I’m seeing are pricing their cars pretty
reasonably. I presume that’s because they either want to move it or have done
at least

What about a dealer auction car? Do you know anyone who has a dealers license
and would be willing to

I would still recommend a GM product such as a equinox or maybe an older trail

I don’t have a problem with hybrids, per se, as I’ve driven them as loaners and
rentals and been quite impressed with the economy. However, I would rather not
get a vehicle with a technology and systems I have absolutely no familiarity

I know you are not a fan of hybrids but you might consider the Escape hybrid. A
