I drove the CL600 this morning to what I thought was cars & coffee but alas

the evaporator coils are completely iced over. It has a mechanical time clock
defrost timer. I just advanced it to a defrost cycle and the compressor kicked

Anyone know anything about commercial freezers? Wife has a true at the bakery
that the compressor is a big old heavy duty thing built like a 240D. When we
had it at the house it seemed to run non stop. Long story short the thermostat
was bad. Replaced that and it seemed to work for a while but
$13k for a very limited EV? It would definitely be useful for running
around town but so would a $3k E320 that gets 28mpg.
Perfect for going to school or getting around town.
