[MBZ] Where is A/C evap drain, 240D?

This is an 81 manual tranny. I found something just over the tranny that fell apart when I touched it. Seemed like rotten foam rubber. Where does it go through the floor? What is it made of? How long should it be? Has anyone came up with a substitute? Thanks. Harry Watkins Newton, MS 86

The water pump and other equipment upgrades are for NPG, not NPG+ which is a drop-in replacement. I just looked at the web site and it's quite a bit lower - .68 verses 1.00 for water. This means that although the stuff won't boil, it's a much poorer conductor of heat than water. This may be why
