We had an interesting kindergarten situation with son #2. There was a kid
in his class with 2 older brothers and some clueless parents. The kid was
completely out of control, pushed other kids, would bother them in line by
flicking their ear, then when they reacted would play the victim, would hit
you, catch an elbow in the
nose 1/2 second later.
Lesson: maybe flicking that ear wasn't such a good idea.

The rear side window seals usually leak and rust the sills out at the front
bottom corner. Another point of possible entry.
I had water on the floor behind the drivers seat after this last rain. No
idea what the source is.

I am using these with castrol srf. They work great. Popular with 500e
board. Also available for the w123 I think.

The teflon lining is probably good to higher temps than the rubber. That is
why the racing
I have the OE seals sitting on the shelf with the gooey OE sealant. Two are
done. The leak is at one of the old ones, so that makes sense.
My door gaps are a bit off on the left, so I was hoping to figure out how
to better align the front and rear doors before doing the rear seal. I mean
the
Spray paint might work but there are lots of types of spray paint and who
knows how stable they would be over time.

60 is a lot nicer than 70 or 75. The sidewall on a 285 tire is still plenty
tall at 50 profile.
The width of the wheel is really the limiting factor for the contact patch.
I was going to have them widen my old 14" bundts to 8.5 or 9. Could run 50
series 285 or whatever. Then put thicker swaybars
Strikes me this is a galling problem not a thread problem. They usually
turn easily once the ball is freed up. Not sure what the answer is apart
from using wheels with steel seat inserts.

Fein. It may cost three times as much, but I can still hear myself think,
it sucks well and it has lasted a very long while now. No going back.
Separate fan for cooling the motor. Accessory outlet for dust collecting
plug in eg random orbital; turns the vac on when you turn the sander on.
And off
You can use a tig torch at low amperage on the heads to heat them red hot
without melting anything. Or put a big nut on the head and weld the inside
to the xzn with a bit of filler. First approach definitely easier under the
car.
