Tom's suggestion of using the cam sprocket to move the camshaft worked. Cam is

I've got a good portion of a quart on the cam/bearings etc and will dump more
on as I crank the engine over by hand. Then I'll start it. Will also do a dry
start for oil pressure.

CD... so where is the sensor? I think it is in the overhead light, but
I'm not for sure. Is this as simple as replacing a foam hose like on
the older cars or is there something else?

I've noticed that my 123 will always get hit, but my 126s wouldn't. I checked
many a time late at night. I'd make sure there wasn't anyone within 1/2 mile
either direction, then drive by it at various speeds. Never would it register
me in the 126, always in the 123. Wierd.

Shoot Deoxit into the antenna as it moves up and down. It will self-clean any
corrosion, lubricate the mechanism, and increase your reception. BTDT on 3
different antennas. It even helps against freezing in place :)
