So with this 04 s500, the main issue with it appears to be the PSE system. Pump was dead so I bought one off eBay. I hooked it up and now door locks work, but I can hear leaking from the drivers door for sure. The soft close works once or twice then either the fuse blows or the pump goes into

Anybody know anything about these? Supposedly these were built by grasshopper back in the years this one was built. And grasshopper is supposed to be great. This is probably overkill but I kind of like the idea of a front deck that can go up under fences and under low bushes and trees.

This 450SL I am working on has the early style fuel sender that has a gasket and has studs with nuts that hold the unit into the tank. All I can seem to find is the later style that screws in.  Is there some sort of way to convert to the newer style, anybody dealt with this?
