Yes, it does have 4 wheel discs. . It's an E450 chassis. It actually does
very well with stopping, and the crosswinds have to be pretty bad to get it

Unbelievable really. Those were 60k cars new, top of the line. Should
be bringing quite a bit more than that, but I guess the gas thing hurts

It will get better mileage, thats for sure. I would guess maybe 12mpg
