hose/belt/widget lasted 25 or so years, why would I order a hunk of 
Un-composted turd for not much less money, and only get a couple of years 
and maybe a breakdown out of the deal? It doesn't make long term economic 
sense.

Today's short test before the rain seems to show my chunk of 44mm hose works 
okay, I got some beefy hose clamps and chucked 'em on good.
Last piece of it I got from my Indy who probably buys in bulk. I'll call him 
and see if he's got some. While the hose seems okay thus far I haven't really 
put the pressure to it yet. I'm mindful of Clay's recent issue with a similar 
hose.

To be fair, whether it's Jabba or anyone else, if MB only sells in bulk you're 
going to have a tough time finding it as an OE part.

I can check my dealer guy if you want. If they have it in bulk he'll cut a

If all you had as a business interface was a website, and didn't do phone 
sales, it was all automatic, with drop ship, you could run it with a VERY 
low markup and do quite well I imagine.

received no response and no parts as ordered.  My questions have been: 
"What is status of my order?  Has the order been placed with the appropriate 
vendors?  Has an invoice been initiated?"  Messages I've received from Rusty 
Cullens and other customers(s) via the okiebenz discussion list also 
indicate the same type of lack of response on your part.


Regrettably, I must assume that response from you and delivery of the parts 
is not forthcoming, therefore, you may consider my 31 May 20013 order 
CANCELED, and I must demand a full refund of the $267.79 you collected from 
my credit card account on June 1, 2013.


I have also initiated an investigation and protest of the charge/transaction 
with USAA Credit Card Services.  Initiation of a refund by you will end the 
investigation immediately.


I hope that whatever problems that have disrupted our relationship can be

us may be a bit "shell-shocked" and a bit "jumpy;" well, I am, anyway.  I
(possibly others) have been too-severely "crapped upon" long before most
of the okiebenz list members were born to not be a bit "jumpy."

I sincerely hope that whatever problems there are can be resolved and
allow all of us to continue to do business with you, but we need to hear
from you.

If my concerns are premature, I offer my sincere apology.

You would have to buy 2k a month, pay by credit card and then ship all the 
parts. It really isn't feasible. The drop ship program requires even more b/s. 
I can possibly set up an account but it be a PIA. I'll look at it tomorrow.

In addition to the below msg this morning, following are my actions re.
Trent today:

0945 12 Jun left msg (answer machine) for Trent to call me.

1345 left msg with assistant, Peggy, "What is status of my 31 May order?"
Peggy took my ph #; said she'd FAX msg to Trent.

1407 12 Jun msg to buymbpa...@comcast.net

~1650  Msg to call left with answering service on Trent's usual # and on
815-564-3436

~1700 Printed msg sent to Trent via FAX

Seems the ladies we've been talking to are merely answering service; likely
no knowledge or involvement in the business.  They merely send FAX msgs to
Trent that certain party called, etc.

We've heard nothing from you for several days concerning possible
"problem" (delayed) orders - mine and at least one other okiebenz list
member. Probably the worst part of all of this is not being able to get
info from you.  Please, do not shut us out.  If there's a problem, we need
to hear it from you - early.  When we don't hear anything from you, can't
reach you, etc., our human nature causes us to imagine the worst.  Some of
us may be a bit "shell-shocked" and a bit "jumpy;" well, I am, anyway.  I
(possibly others) have been too-severely "crapped upon" long before most
of the okiebenz list members were born to not be a bit "jumpy."

I sincerely hope that whatever problems there are can be resolved and
allow all of us to continue to do business with you, but we need to hear
from you.

If my concerns are premature, I offer my sincere apology.

I think it is time to give up on this guy.  For whatever reasons he is 
unable to get parts from Worldpac and is unable/unwilling to provide 
even minimal customer service.


I'm gonna try to get my money back, with no expectations that will 
happen.  Then try to find another parts vendor...

Trent, has my 31 May order been placed?  Has an invoice been generated? 
'Asked these questions of Kitty yesterday.  She said she'd ask you to call 
me.  'Nothing, including info, yet received.
