Oh... I forgot one helper tool... Get some metric all thread and cut 2
pieces 1" longer than the longest head bolt... Install in diagonal
corners. Remove after installing a couple of other head bolts...
2 people can easily lift it out with precision, and one person can
readily move it about

it right. Metric motors comes to mind. I have heard of magna fluxing as
well but not sure of the pros/cons.
