So today and tomorrow are supermoons or something (the vernal equinox) so the morning tides are really high. My back yard is flooded more than usual today (and downtown Charleston is probably a swamp too). I am thinking that if we get a bit more sea level rise I could put in a dock and run my yaks right off the back deck instead of driving over to Capn Sams Inlet. In my mind what really seals it are two things: (1) the absolute demonizing and *ad hominem *attacks on those who question global warming, and (2) the attempts to suppress publication of scientific studies which don't support the global warming narrative. I have a pretty decent background in science. In a prior life I did a good amount of research and have a healthy list of publications to prove it including first authorship in JAMA, the findings of which were published in TIME and first page Wall Street Journal. I'm no novice to how statistical manipulation of data can skew results. I will not believe that the world is warming unless I see it with my own eyes.
