on my second story turret. Too expensive. Probably should change windows to
those storm resistant ones like some of my neighbors have but I face the
cove not the bay. Real issue here would be water so I pay my flood

Definitely. And if you have windows that are recessed into your walls you can
use the clips to place the panels inside the recesses. That means you have
smaller panels than if you attached them to the outside of the house.
