Yesterday it was a little warmer, we got all the way up to 26F. Although I was
unable to get a magnetic heater I had to take the dog for a walk anyway so I
figured I'd give the Tucker a try. I plugged in the block heater and took
Buster for a nice stroll in the adjoining state park.

I think it's peeling paint, maybe a bad prior respray? But hard to know without
better photos. I doubt it's wrapped; a wrap that's peeling off would not be
exposing bare metal.

The rear suspension is straightforward. I replaced air cells and struts on

His garage or shop is heated with propane, and maybe his house is heated with
the same tank. If the supply of heating fuel is sketchy, SWMBO is going to
prefer a heated house, as opposed to a heated garage.

Honestly to me the suspension would be the biggest fear. Isn't the rear
suspension in a TD rather esoteric? I have no experience with them. The rest is
probably just simple repairs, and cosmetic issues you can choose to live with

Ferrel is Feral.
9-10 years ago the Michigan Attorney General sued them for charging
people $5-6 a gallon when the going rate was $3-4.
My uncle bought one of those fills, I think Ferrel or Suburban charged
him $5.60. It was close to $2000 for one fill. Fortunately the AG got
him a refund.
This might be a bigger turd.

Deer damage, water leaks, generally looks a mess. Running and $1,500 asking
