Re: [MBZ] Battery Conservation Convenience Functions Not Available
My dad got some electric wheelchair batteries from someplace to put on our solar power system at camp. They're like 30ah. They were too small to be suitable on the camp but they make sweet lawnmower batteries. I don't even remember how long we've had them, 5 or 6 years maybe and they just keep going. -Curt On Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 03:57:20 PM EST, Buggered Benzmail via Mercedes wrote: It’s just a lawn mower battery, nothing particularly unique. Its only (or primary) function really is to provide SBC power and I guess some things like the AC blower and radio leech off it somehow. I’m thinking if the SBC all the sudden loses power there are more significant issues to concern one’s self about. You mite loose your breaks! My daughter’s 07E350 wagon doesn’t have SBC and has no aux battery. --FT Sent from iFōn > On Jan 16, 2024, at 5:15 PM, dan penoff.com via Mercedes > wrote: > > Agreed.
