Lots of nice land, none of it’s cheap, however. We’re looking at property in the Fort Valley area. 2.5 acre plots with a nice view of the mountains is $200k+ with utilities. We could put two homes on that, one for us, one for the youngster. At least that’s the thought process at present. -D
