Dan, Just renewed my subscription for another few years had no issues, running Firefox on my PC. Does it give any reason at all? What is happening exactly? Perhaps it's a CC verification issue. Make sure the billing info matches exactly what is on your CC statement. Password too long/short may do this too? I have tried it several times on different computers, all of which have met the requirements, without success. Each time I try it fails after attempting to create my account. I have used different credit cards for authentication as well with the same results. Yes, that too, as well as making sure everything is updated (OS, browser, java, virus software ect.). Always good to take 30-60min every few weeks or so update everything on your computer, Defrag, organize files ect. Also, Piriform make a great software (ccleaner) for cleaning browser history, cookies, temps files ect it's free!! I use a program to access government databases like land titles records and it will not run on the new versions of JAVA. I have to avoid updating Java when Java wants to do so. The last time I let it go ahead, I was dead in the water for several days - could not search anything. That is annoyingfortunately have not had such an issue in a while. Another thing to check, is to see if there are multiple versions of Java installed...sometimes the old version is not removed when updating.
