Hi,
Personally, I don't get the use of microformats if the data is
obscured. I mean, how far would you go to retain your privacy with
hCard? There has to be a point where it becomes useless. So, I
suppose that puts me in favour of case A.

Scott,
I think the problem statement first needs clarification. As you
point out, meta descriptions already provide summary information
about web pages. What exactly are the problems with meta
descriptions, and how would micro-summary solve them?
I agree I think the problem needs to be
to the information on the target page, hopefully it will
encourage uptake of microformats too... if people use my site ;)
On a side note, does any one have any information quantites of
useage of things like hAtom.

Hi,
I was under the impression that XOXO would be good enough for this.
This simple nature of the html ol and li tags cover the semantics
of the ordering of the items of preference. Or a simple ul tag if
no specific order is needed in the wish list.

Paul, what do think?
I personally think that the qa is a good idea, I belive that you
would be easily able to seperate questions and answers out and you
will be able to start infering meaning from the text inside the qa
section, however like with all microformats it is useless unless
