[MiKTeX] Install miktex as poweruser

I just ask for a confirmation. I have Miktex 2.9 installed as administrator on my PC running win10. My University will no longer allow me to have admin rights on my PC but just rights as "poweruser" ( I am the ONLY user of my PC, in reality). It is just a change of policy, don't ask me about that

I am trying installing MikTeX as a single user (with no admin privileges). I asked my admin to unistall MikTeX as admin and I tried to install again under my user name (Maurizio). This under Win10. After I download MikTeX and try to install from a local directory, at the end of the whole process

[MiKTeX] MikTeX no longer working? [Very bad]
