I found a broken link in a distribution of OpenBSD.
broken link is in PORTS file in an FTP mirror.
for example, follow URL.
ftp://ftp.kddilabs.jp/OpenBSD/5.1/PORTS
written as Read http://www.openbsd.org/ports.html; in this file.
but, this URL does not exist x(

just that specific library, you can do it like this
(change the values for your release and libfreetype version):
tar -C / -xzphf xbase51.tgz
