IPsec issue, a routing problem or just that I'm missing something big, very

Intel EM64T hardware. Does the OpenBSD AMD64 port avoid the
prefetch/prefetchx that Intel is supposed to have screwed up with
their AMD64 clone?

The machines on the other sides of the tunnels are running

I heard some of these processors can selectively turn off one core and
increase the speed of the other core, above the rated speed of the
processor. Could that be what is going on here? I forget what CPUs
have this feature and I can't find a reference right now.
