So far as I can see, there are no QuNeo Mixxx mappings shipped with
Mixxx. I spent time writing my own, and would absolutely love to see
it shared with other Mixxx users!

So one of my 110bpm songs has like eight times as many white beatgrid lines
as the others. In a similar case, i have to set one of my 128bpm songs to
32bpm for there to be the proper number of lines on the waveform (1line /
kick in the waveform). I only have a few cases of this amongst hundred

but i'm not sure if any have both of those features (effects and key
detection) merged.

Agreed, great work. Personally I think delay is one of the most important
effects - I assume this is what you mean by "echo" - but this would require
bpm and phase information in the effects.
