Hi Clemens, Can you verify you're using an up-to-date version of the tools. If you are could you emailed short(ish) Segment of a sequence that plays correctly. Usually 10MB is plenty. I would tend to suspect Authoring too as that is that puts in the stuff that allows skipping to and fro.

No, definetly not the authoring tool or the multiplexer. I tried different mpeg streams with different authoring tools. The NAV VOBUS seem to be ok anyway when skipping to chapters, quality is good as well. The only thing is the fast forward scan. regards Clemens Am Mittwoch, den 07.12.2005, 1

Hello, My standalone DVD Player (Grundig GDV 130) has problems with mpeg2enc encoded dvds. To be more precisely, the fast forward scan does not work. When doing a 2x FF, the player continues with normal speed but without sound. When doing a 4x FF, it does basically the same as at 2x With 8x, 1
