Hello, are there plans when the next mlt version may release? I would be happy to release with something newer than 6.2.0 with the upcoming Deb Stretch release (which freezes in the "next" time [0]) :) Btw could you have a look at this bug?: [1] [0]:

Not a developer , but probably a power user. Alas, I've searched the bug reports on bugs.kde.org without any real hit. As Debian Jessie was released in 2015-04 I presume that it shipped with Kdenlive 0.9.x and MLT 0.9.x; this also fits in with I was told on other bug reports. The bug report

Kdenlive track effects do work, as I've just done two or three projects using them, both audio  (volume) as well as video effects, crop/pan in particular. Make sure to be on recent git master Kdenlive (stable sufficies) and proper git master MLT, which is stable. Best regards,Harald
