I've been trying to install Ubuntu on my desktop and all I get is two
flashing LED, cap lock and scroll lock, on the keyboard. Windows 2000
WAS on it, now it won't even boot that.
Suggestions?
André.

I see 1 hard drive and 1 cdrom detected, is that the actual setup ?

Personally, I loathe Unity. It tries to be and do everything so it becomes

What have I forgotten?
André.

WPA/WPA2 enabled?
If so, check the ethernet addresses in the filter list,
make sure your mac address is in there. Check the
address that ifconfig is reporting.
