With regard to granularity, you can assign different gestures under
TalkBack settings, but it'll be better if you could get hold of the
original method before trying that. Don't worry about Android and
touchscreen, you'll be absolutely fine in a couple of weeks at most.

Well, let me try. I don't have the answers for all the questions, but
I shall try with 1,3 and 4. I also use the same phone and I assume you
are using DW Contacts or a similar application as your dialer. If you
are not using DW Contacts and Dialer, then I would recommend you give
it a go, not only

hi, there is no mail US voice is avelable in google tts. And in
android 4.3 and 4.4 versions of android, there will not be older
google tts it will be new. So you will not get mail UK voice.

Thanks for your response. As said earlier, I have been using Micromax
Canvas 2 plus. It has Google Text to Speech Engine and Echo TTs as TTs
by default. I am not able to see US or UK language under Text to
Speech Output settings. Guess, it has to be installed manually.

My immature testing with the OS may lead me to be proved wrong, but I think
no need to uninstall any TTS; just change the language from English-US to
English-UK and you should be done. This is what I've experienced on Lava
IRIS 405+ running JB 4.2.2.
