Hi, if you are using latest Talkback, you can simply asign swipe up/down
for previous/next level of granularity. So just swipe up and down for
changing reading levels.

At any rate, it is not a good idea to use the phone when it is on charge. The
radiation exposure goes up considerably when the device is on charge.
It is not the Talkback problem and you need not uninstall it.

I tried, but 2 things I didn't like.
1. instead of speeking numbers in single digit, it speaks whole number.
2. sometimes, wile speaking, the voice
