Title: compiling 2.8.0 on NT

Configure.bat points to the wrong *.mak filenames. When I changed them, configure.bat ran okay, but on running:
nmake /f makefile.win
I get the following error:
ApacheCore.def : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol ap_aquire_pool

Hi All,
Having trouble with Apache 1.3.12 OpenSSL: 0.9.6 mod_ssl: 2.6.6-1.3.12
With self signed cert everything works fine, but once the global cert and

Sorry, to hear that. At least on our server, once I did this our Mac
customers are able to connect fine to our SSL server. Before, they would get
various IO Errors or connect but after a few minutes can not proceed to any
other SSL pages.

Hello!
I have compiled openssl and mod_ssl in a redhat 7.0 and since I know there
is a lot of people interested I have uploaded it to ftp.modssl.org/contrib
the following files:

mod_ssl-manual-2.7.1-2.rh7.i386.rpm
openssl-0.9.6-1.rh7.i386.rpm

Yesterday, finally, the new Apache version 1.3.17 was released (for
those wondering: 1.3.15 and 1.3.16 were not released). As usual, I
already prepared mod_ssl in advance to make sure you immediately have a
corresponding mod_ssl version available for use with the latest Apache
version. The Change

$ configure.bat \
--with-apache=..\apache_1.3.x \
