You are so right. We're seeing release windows shrinking drastically and the
films that are being financed as similar as ever. Now studios only want large
4 quadrant movies. If film theatrical release windows reduce drastically,
expect the print advertising to do the same and film
My guess is there will be video posters in frames -
broadcast from the same satellite that sends the digital transmission
of the movie to the screen.
Be neat if there were video lobby cards -
Each one showing a tiny scene from the film.
All you need to collect those would be an Ipod.
