Thank you very much for the valuable input. I have asked the BFI for details of
the original image and I will report back if they reply. It seems a very odd
image to be selling copies of, given the staining and damage to the original.

I recommended to Nigel Arthur, the curator of the BFI collection, that he join
MoPo and, if he does, he may answer some of your points. I rather doubt that we
will come across another copy of it though!
