removing check/cash/money order option, lowering shipping to the point
where they don't tell me I'm overcharging and adding a full money back

Please don't construe this in the wrong way but your email sounds strange.
You just wrote that you are lowering your shipping charges to a point where
they appear fair and not too high. You are also adding a full money back
return policy. I know of dealers on ebay and others

It shouldn't really be such a big deal if you're use File Exchange or
Turbo Lister - both of which are free. Either way, you should be able
to get all of your descriptions in a single file, import them into Excel
Actually, Claude, I'm now selling a lot of sculptural items and
Superhero action figures on EBAY -- it's become more lucrative than
movie posters. So, sometimes these boxes can be large and heavy.
There are a lot of variables including the fact that I like to buy new
cardboard boxes for
that. Granted I don't deal with the later more than once.

That depends. It becomes problematic in EXCEL if the text is too big for
the Search and Replace feature in which case you'll need a progran that
