Hi all,
I am working on a project examining shape variation in the pelvis. I used
IDAV Landmark to place four curves of five semilandmarks each (as well as
several fixed landmarks) along the major contours of the pelvis. I plan on
doing the analysis in R, but I am unsure what my options are
Hi all,
I am trying to use the trajectory.analysis function in geomorph and have
come across an error I'm not sure how to fix. The command I am using is as
follows:
trajectory.analysis(proc.coords ~ classifier$age + classifier$species +
classifier$age:classifier$species)
in which "proc.coords"

Hi all,
I'm trying to perform a multivariate phylogenetic generalized least squares
on PC scores in geomorph, and I keep getting the same error message:
Error in Cov[id, id] : subscript out of bounds
I get the same error whether I use procD.pgls or procD.lm with a VCV matrix
from vcv.phylo. I'v
