it's an MQ
problem, and have dumped it on me.
These are all synchronous processes, with non-persistent messages and many
dynamic reply queues. It's really difficult to capture any relevant
information. Even our CICS monitor isn't much help, because some of these
CICS transactions stay up all day

the Operator s console. What else would you recommend

We have a bad situation here. VB applications are going thru a com object to access a
DLL written in C++ on the unix side. The problem is that none of the connections are
being released. So each time a VB app starts, it creates another connection until
our max handle connection has reached
