there is no problem now.
Problem was in libi18n_ru.so, because MSEi18n determined strings
incorrect, which were changed, and mixed other strings.

Why can not xterm show CP866 in MSEide correctly?
I think problem in 2 terminals.
If to run lxterminal, for example, and if to run second lxterminal,
then CP866 is incorrect in second lxterminal.
It's correctly only if run 1 lxterminal.

I need new options in MSEide:
My command in distro is: export LANG=ru_RU.CP866 && xterm -en CP866
/usr/local/bin/fp
But I have no options for changing environment for xterm.
I think option "External Console" must be disable by default (now this
option is enabled by default).

works with CP866 fine: lxterminal, gnome-terminal, konsole(?). xterm
don't work with CP866. For support CP866 for luit I rebuit rpm package
luit with patch for CP866, but I have no patches for CP866 for xterm.

Children, who learn pascal, don't understand English. It's needed for
school children and for students. English don't allow to use MSEide in
Edu distributions. Instead MSEide all use lazarus, geany, in which
there are many languages. MSEide can not be popular without language
support.
