The account used to run the sql services? Shouldn't have to do anything with
CM, it might balk that it couldn't connect from when you restarted, but
otherwise should be fine.
Is that the same account you use for the SRS service account in ConfigMgr?

I think all you'd need to do is go to the services, enter the new password and
restart the services. (I think)
