You can, however, use Manage-bde to turn Bitlocker off and on. Turning it off decrypts the an encrypted drive. Maybe you just need to turn it off, and the turn it back on using the Fully Encrypted option. Just a guess, though. However, Microsoft recommends using the new Used Space Only Encrypt
