Chris,
Here's what I do:
# - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
set my_realname='Todd\ Hesla'
# This account.
#
set my_this_domain=this.com
set my_this_un=this_un
set my_this_pw=`gpg2 -d --batch ~/.mutt/.this_pw.gpg`
set my_this_server=imaps
Jeremy,
Glad you find it useful. I always hated having to put plaintext passwords into
config files, so one day I decided I was going to beat that rap--and the rest
is history, as they say.

Thanks for your time.

Thanks again for your time.

Cameron,
Thanks a lot for your comments. I really appreciate your taking the time to
read my emails, and to reply with helpful information. I will definitely
incorporate your suggestions into my .muttrc file, to make it more
bullet proof.

(and the various mutt docs) on this one, you may
be sure, but if you (or anyone else listening in) has any insight to pass
along, I'll be most grateful.
Thanks so much for your time and expertise.

/RemoteFolder
mutt.sourceforge.net/imap
don't seem to shed any light on the situation.
How can I get this to work as advertised? Or am I just misunderstanding how
it's supposed to work?
Thanks for your time reading this.

in my previous message, that the folder variable will be set to the
specified value when I enter the INBOX of one of the IMAP accounts. (And
this is certainly not occurring.) But maybe that's not what it means?
Please enlighten me.
Thanks much for your time.
