My take on this is to use Context + shortcut key. Create any level of context u need (100, 80, 60, 40, 20, 10...etc) Assign each context using the NUM (ctrl+1 for "10", ctrl+2 for"20"...ctrl+0 for "100") Then, create VIEWS for all the different CONTEXT and assign shortcut to them (Alt+1 to show

No shortcut key that I can find, John. However, how about including the "importance" column in one of your views? You can then select multiple tasks, right-click on the importance column and select one of 7 preset levels of importance. If you're editing multiple tasks at the same time, it

Hello Is there any way to set up a hotkey to change the Importance of a task? Background I had a minor epiphany, on a walk today. I need to *just do the extremely important tasks*. (e.g. Importance = "Max") And then, once they are done, then I can move to the *fairly *important tasks
