I am also using MSFileReader 2.2 and I don't have any problems, although it is
on 32-bit Windows 7.
MZmine is using the 32-bit version of MSFileReader. Please try to reinstall the
MSFileReader as Hiro suggested, and make sure the 32-bit version is selected
during the installation.

I encountered the same problem, but reinstallation of 32 -bit version
MSFileReader 2.2 got rid of the problem on Japanese version 64-bit windows 7

If I understand correctly, you want to align your detected features in the
database. Unfortunately MZmine will not do that.
The SQL export module simply exports the detected features (= retention time/
mz combinations) into your SQL table. It completely ignores alignment.

following problem:
For a future project I will run several samples, but in different batches and I
wanted to store the information in database.
The question is now if I can store several batches in one big datatable,
without running the whole procedure once again with all old samples
