Dear Mark, I am also using MSFileReader 2.2 and I don't have any problems, although it is on 32-bit Windows 7. MZmine is using the 32-bit version of MSFileReader. Please try to reinstall the MSFileReader as Hiro suggested, and make sure the 32-bit version is selected during the installation.

Hi Michael, If I understand correctly, you want to align your detected features in the database. Unfortunately MZmine will not do that. The SQL export module simply exports the detected features (= retention time/ mz combinations) into your SQL table. It completely ignores alignment. Best rega

Hi Tomas, following problem: For a future project I will run several samples, but in different batches and I wanted to store the information in database. The question is now if I can store several batches in one big datatable, without running the whole procedure once again with all old samples
