provided by Thermo instruments (in your case "- c APCI sid = 5.00 Q1MS
[200.000-600.000]").
I adjusted the MZmine code to accommodate this, so you will be able to open the
raw files using the next MZmine versio
To whom it may concern,
I have an error message appear when I try to import my data:
java.io.IOException:Unexpected format: SCAN FILTER : - c APCI sid = 5.00
Q1MS [200.000-600.000] (XcaliburRawFileReadTask,java:223)
Is there any way to fix this problem so that I may use mzmine?
