I have created a combo box for the reference group.
Before you run the heat map module in MZmine you should install the package
"gplots" in R.

To run the heat map plot module first you have to define the sample groups in
the sample parameter option (project->set sample parameters) (at least two
groups) and define one of these groups as the reference group.
